Use IncidentStudio Responsibly

IncidentStudio is built for emergency incident drill preparation and professional training support. You must use it lawfully, safely, and consistently with public safety ethics.

Prohibited Content and Conduct

Do not use IncidentStudio for illegal activity, harassment, abuse, hateful content, sexual or exploitative content, impersonation, deceptive use, or any activity that violates laws, policies, or professional standards.

Do not create or upload content that exploits real victims, identifiable private people, confidential incident photos, protected information, or graphic real-world tragedy details without authorization and a legitimate training purpose.

Do not upload photos, logos, documents, or other materials unless you have the rights and authorization to use them.

Operational Safety

Do not use generated content as official emergency command direction, live incident guidance, dispatch instruction, tactical orders, or a substitute for local procedures, certified instruction, or authority-approved training materials.

System Abuse

Do not reverse engineer, scrape, overload, disrupt, bypass limits, probe internal systems, attempt unauthorized access, test hidden implementation details, or use automated activity that harms service reliability.

Enforcement

IncidentStudio may remove content, limit credits, suspend accounts, terminate access, or decline support for activity that appears to violate this policy or create legal, safety, reliability, or abuse risk.
