Refund and Credit Policy

How IncidentStudio handles credits, failed generation issues, billing errors, and refund requests.

How Credits Are Used

Credits are consumed when paid work actions are successfully started or completed according to the current app behavior shown in the product. This may include scene generation, uploaded-photo transformation, image refinement, animation, and packet creation.

Used credits are generally non-refundable because they represent work requested by the account or organization.

Failed or Canceled Work

Failed or canceled paid generation jobs may be refunded automatically in credits where the system supports it.

For failed generation or credit concerns, contact support with the project name and approximate time so we can review the issue.

Unused Credit Pack Requests

Refund requests for unused purchased credit packs may be reviewed case-by-case if submitted within 14 days of purchase. Approval is not guaranteed and may depend on credit use, account history, payment status, and applicable law.

Billing Errors

Billing errors should be reported to support@incidentstudio.ai. Please include the account email, organization name, purchase date, and a brief description of the issue.

Promotional Credits

Promotional, complimentary, trial, or free credits have no cash value and are not eligible for cash refunds.

Abuse and Policy Violations

IncidentStudio may refuse refunds or credit adjustments for abuse, fraud, policy violations, excessive or repeated use, attempts to bypass limits, or activity that harms service reliability.
