Uploaded and generated content may include prompts, incident details, project names, department branding, images, animations, packet resources, and related project data.
Payments
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. IncidentStudio does not store full payment card details.
We may store billing references, purchase records, credit balances, receipt references, and related status information needed to operate billing and credit features.
How We Use Information
We use information to provide the service, authenticate accounts, manage organization access, process billing and credits, create requested outputs, provide support, protect security, troubleshoot issues, prevent abuse, and improve product quality.
